It’s A Girl – Two Cards

We attended a baby shower today for a family member and I made two cards for the mother to be. My mom asked me to make one for her so of course I could not say no 🙂  This one is from me. I used the New Arrival cartridge and cut the onesie at 3″ I used the cuttlebug hearts to emboss the blouse. The pink paper is from a bargain bin at Big Lots. The pink stripped paper is from an old DCWA pad. The card was cut at 6″x6″:

The next card is the one I made for my mom. I also used the New Arrival cartridge on this one. I also used the Martha Stewart butterfly punch.

Thanks for been patient… I have been really busy and I just got a chance to post these ones.

We are having lots of new baby girls added shortly by friends and family so you will be seeing more baby cards from me. Thanks for stopping by!

Christmas in July Challenge for cardztv.blogspot.com

Hi
I love Christmas and there have been so many challenges going around but I really like Mary from Cardz TV. She is awesome. I made this card using my metallic stack by DCWV.  I chose the gold textured for my card which measures 6′ x 5 1/2″. I also used a Christmas pack from K& Company I bought last year. I used the red snowflakes background but I used silver Stickles to make the snowflakes pop. I cut my Christmas tree using my Potpourri cartridge at 4.5″. The jewels are a find from Downtown Los Angeles  garnet district (the have awesome crafting supplies here and for 1/2 the price than the big stores).  Finally, I just printed Feliz Navidad onto plain paper using my Cool Dots font at size 16. I used green card stock for the shadow of the tree and the sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy!
